Quality and complain:  At Healthy Mind works, we follow the Ethics Code of the NIP (het Nederlands Instituut voor Psycholoogen). We value integrity and quality, and we do our best to help you. However, can happen that you might not be completely satisfied with your therapist for whatever reason. Therefore, it is important that you know what you should do in this situation. The first step is to discuss the issue with your therapist and if that does not help solve the problem then you have the possibility to send your complain to the NIP or to the ABvC, and depending on the registration of the psychologist to the tuchtcollege.
